Those in authority crossing the line

I don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of those in positions of authority (ministers of late) crossing the line and having inappropriate relationships with young girls. (This week it is a pastor in Fort Worth (link below); last month it was a pastor in Plano who was in the news.)

As a country we have to say this must stop. The volumes of reports involving child pornography and those in powerful positions is sickening to me.

Here are two sites where you can find out who represents you in government. Write to your elected officials and ask for tougher sentences for crimes involving children. Request that more be done to stop the abuse that often starts via the Internet.

The sad thing is that when I went to search for "legislation to stop child pornography" the first links that appeared were inappropriate. Be careful in your searches. Let's work together to make our voices heard, protect our children and ask for harsher punishments for offenders.
